Manufacturing Process
Spike rods are precision-formed from grade 316 stainless steel wire and welded or injection-moulded into a flexible polycarbonate or stainless steel base. The base is designed to conform to curved or uneven surfaces and is pre-drilled or adhesive-ready for quick installation. UV-stabilised materials ensure consistent performance across harsh outdoor environments.
