Manufacturing Process
Wire rods are drawn down to the required diameter, arranged in a perpendicular grid, and resistance-welded at each intersection for maximum structural integrity. Depending on the material specification, the finished mesh may undergo hot-dip galvanising or powder coating to enhance corrosion resistance and service life. Welded mesh is available in rolls (typically 30 m) and custom-cut panels.
