Razor wire and concertina coils are high-security physical deterrents featuring sharp, blade-like steel clamps crimped to a high-tensile core wire at regular intervals. Unlike barbed wire, the razor-sharp profile inflicts serious risk of injury on attempted breach, making it the preferred choice for critical infrastructure, military zones, correctional facilities, and anywhere maximum intrusion deterrence is required. Available in flat wrap and concertina coil configurations for versatile installation.
Manufacturing Process
High-tensile galvanised core wire is fed through precision-tooled clamp-forming machinery. Razor-sharp steel clamps - stamped from galvanised sheet - are mechanically crimped to the core wire at controlled intervals. The finished product is wound into concertina coils of specified diameter or formed into flat-wrap rolls. All components are galvanised for long-term outdoor performance.
