Product Overview
Perforated metal sheets are flat sheets of metal punched with a regular pattern of holes to achieve precise open-area ratios. Used extensively across industrial, architectural, and acoustic applications, perforated sheets combine structural integrity with controlled air, light, and material flow. The wide range of available hole patterns, sizes, and materials makes them adaptable to highly specific engineering and design requirements.
Manufacturing Process
Metal sheets are fed through a CNC punch press equipped with custom die sets. Holes are stamped at precise centres and in consistent patterns across the full sheet surface. Sheet edges can be left unperforated (margins) for structural integrity. Post-perforation, sheets may be deburred, galvanised, or powder coated per specification.
Applications
- Industrial screening and sieving equipment
- Acoustic panels and noise attenuation barriers
- Architectural cladding, facades, and ceiling panels
- Ventilation grilles and air-handling units
- Filtration and separation in food, chemical, and mining industries
- Machine guards and protective enclosure panels
