Product Overview
Woven wire mesh is a high-quality grid material produced by precisely interlacing metal wires to form uniform, consistent openings. Manufactured on specialised looms using a range of weaving patterns, it delivers a combination of flexibility, strength, and precise dimensional accuracy that makes it indispensable for filtration, screening, architectural, and decorative applications. Its lightweight nature and ease of handling make it suitable for both industrial and architectural installations.
Manufacturing Process
Metal wires are drawn to specified diameters and, where required, crimped for enhanced stability and mesh lock. Warp and weft wires are interlaced on precision looms in controlled patterns - plain weave, twill weave, or Dutch weave - to achieve exact opening sizes, mesh densities, and structural characteristics. Finished rolls are inspected for aperture consistency before dispatch.
